Clementine sponge cake

Sponge cake: another traditional cake for Maison Jacquemart.

As soft and tasty as the other cakes, it is made with the same noble ingredients like butter, fresh eggs, sugar and candied clementine paste.

The little extra ? It has a lemon curd filling and has little cubes of candied clementine throughout for even more citrus flavour !
