An ambition to make soft cakes encouraged our company to develop this new expertise in the birthplace of the Creusois sponge, in the heart of Limousin. Here, Maison Jacquemart also decided to make a sponge cake with Clément Faugier chestnut cream. In our business culture and our recipes, our conviction is that the best cakes are made with great ingredients and great skill.
